Herpes or warts? With pics

Hi,
Ive had these lumps on my lips for about week now. Theyre not painful at all just a bit itchy and irritating! They seem to be more fleshy and dont seem to be filled with water at all like a blister and don’t seem to be leaking or able to pop at all. But still worried it may be herpes?

Ive had warts before and they did not look or feel like what ive got now but dont know if this outbreak is just different?

they dont look like warts or herpes warts usually look like cauliflower like stem protrusions and herpes are blister that burst i suggest a visit to your doctor if you are worried
