Took antibiotics for a UTI a couple of weeks ago, on Friday i noticed some itching and irritation on my vulva and thought it was thrush so ordered some fluconazole. the fluconazole has not arrived so I’ve just been using external cream. i have a couple of red patches however they are not raised and never had a white head. when itched they did bleed, however after using external thrush cream they do improve. i also have thick white discharge. However, I usually experience more intense itching with thrush and it has not been that bad. Today I noticed orangey discharge. I have been tested for chlamydia and gonorrhoea and came back clean. Do these red marks look like herpes to you? or yeast sores? Note I have not had flu symptoms.
