2 previous episodes of herpes simplex 1, one just on the penis(5 days ago) and first outbreak saw oral symptoms as well (2 lip sores, an ulcer and, tongue sores)

thats not herpes sounds like hiv . herpes does not give tongue sores . hiv give you sores in the mouth and effect your gums. do you feel tired alot??
I have had herpes inside my mouth before. A dentist confirmed you can indeed get sores in your mouth. I wouldn’t be jumping to the HIV train yet, just get tested! Its easy and quick at any clinic.
