I have HSV1. I don’t know if it’s oral, genital, or both. My primary infection was 3 years ago. Symptoms at that time were swollen lymph node in neck and burning genitals but NO SORES anywhere.
Now I found this 3 years later. Been feeling a burning sensation on my entire public bone area, but not in the area of this lesion. No pain or itch. Does this look like herpes? One lesion only. THANK YOU. I’m terrified…
