i need help with this, i got similar red spots randomly on my tip, they are barely noticeable but are noticeable after masterbation or after sex, if i stop having sex they get less red and start die down but wont go away completely. i got a skin irritation burn or skin friction i think on the side of my tip but im overall worried about the spots. I think the little light skinned streaks are my skin that has been friction burned off.
PLEASE HELP ASAP
These are current pictures from 12/26/20. i seen this bump or discolored piece of skin, but other than that i think it seems to look like dry skin all around. Or the red could be from friction burn from wearing skinny jeans all day
