Looks like molluscum. I have the same thing. Its not bad but it’s really really annoying. Doctors will tell you to let them heal on their own but dont. They spread and can last rly long. Go to a dermitologist and get them treated asap (freezing or Podofilox) so that you dont get more.
could be molluscum contagium since you have had it for weeks i had something similar
not at all 
but i feel you on the whole anxiety part
it dosnt look like herpes
