I took a IGM and IGG test back in December for HSV2 after 4 week suspected exposure, it was negative but since then ive had symptoms and im worried i have HSV2 could my test results have been wrong?
yes. if you have any lesions or bumps its more accurate to have a culture swab done.
i didnt have any bumps at the time that i got checked i waited
