hi all

i was diagnosed with HSV-2 a few years ago. Throughout the last year or so i have had extremely regular outbreaks, I would say three times a month. Between outbreaks, i go a few days without any symptoms and then ill be hit again with blisters etc.

Why would this be? i am not taking supressive therapy, however i have a healthy diet and get enough sleep.

i just cant see light at the end of the tunnel in terms of not having outbreaks?

i think you should tell your doctor about this an take supressive therapy. some people say they take lysine and their outbreak is reduced.
