But from the photos it doesnt look like standard herpes. I would go to a doctor have an igg test, and get them swabbed. Is hard to tell if its herpes or not. Does it itch or burn?

I mean it could be , herpes can manifest anywhere. If you ever received oral near those areas that could be the reason. If youve been exposed you should check. get it swabbed if you have the chance only way youll truly know
