are these little dots healed herpe sores?

Did they have pus or are they painful? Have you had any symptoms like painful urination or high fever etc? And did you shave recently?
the only symptoms ive had is just sometimes it itches or sore to touch. I did shave last week and havent since then because im afraid to shave over it. and they also have no puss
