Ive been unwell for weeks
a course of oral aciclovir didnt really help and ive had 4 negative swabs. if anyone has any ideas at all id be very grateful

Looks like infected follicles. Like ingrowns from shaving. Try regular exfolliation.
it does not look like hsv2. more like ingrown hair.
but you can also thank a blood test.
im dubious about how accurate the blood test is as the NHS doesnt offer it here
