over the past few days I have experienced some rash outbreak on my hands and feet . This rash comes and goes and itches a lot. starting this morning i noticed a small sore on my genitals. now there are 3 sores that mainly hurt when touched or when i urinate (only because the urine touches the sores). im worried that it might be an std but ive also heard that yeast infections can cause sores too. any suggestions?
the sores on the vagina look like they could be herpes sores. the rash looks like a heat rash to me. please see a doctor for a full screen.
