I did my overall STD tests including herpes (combo not type specific). I have no known symptoms of any STD. All results came negative except herpes igg test.
Though my test shows igg positive but i am unable to understand the comment

Those are technical testing terms (optical density and, I believe, correction factor). You should only be concerned with your IgG index value and how that reads against the given reference range. Since you tested positive on a combined test, you cannot know which HSV type(s) you have without testing again using the type-specific IgG test. In all likelihood you probably have HSV1, but not necessarily.
There is no igg value. Just comment
