In a monogamous relationship, had sex and there definitely was some friction/dry rubbing. Also I typically wear pretty tight/cutting panties due to hips/thighs/big butt and on top of it all, I’ve started working out so sweating and moisture in the panty-crease area is always occurring! I dont know the correct term of what this is, but im thinking its just a friction blister from dry rubbing, sweat, and tight clothes. Could it possibly be herpes? No pain, no flu symptoms, no itching l, wasnt a fluid sac/cluster of bumps, just appeared like this. Thanks in advance! *I attached pics if you look closely you can see the panty line irritation.
