you can see the hairs in them. maybe also get a test to be sure, but i don’t think you need to worry

I dont think they look like in grown hairs , the sores looks a little ‘blistery’ (unless its the photo quality), can you take a better picture?
On what area are these lesions? As you might not have pain when you go to the bathroom if they are on the outer labias for example.. I am assuming you are a female so my apologies if I am wrong
its almost gone. theyre scabbed over and really dry now.
