About two weeks ago I started talking to this girl, I initially used a condom then after a few more times I felt comfortable and decided to take it off. She said she’s been checked and has been with only one person before me after being checked and she said tha he was clean. I have done oral sex on her and I have zero symptoms on my mouth or anywhere near it. I’m experiencing these white bumps or lesions on my penis and underneath my foreskin. The papules on the base of my head have been there since I can remember. But these white spots (on my head) started as tiny dark red dots and changed to this. After noticing this 3 days ago I scheduled a visit with urgent care this morning and he said it doesn’t look serious but he doesn’t know what it was. He put me on acyclovir “to be safe” and he didn’t have anymore swabs to culture it. Tomorrow morning I have an appointment with planned parenthood hopefully they have swabs. If anybody can help me out in telling me what this is that’d be great. There is a slight tingle but that is it there’s no pain or any other symptom besides the visible ones.
Here are some pictures. I'm honestly terrified, I'm a clean individual and I don't know what this is, I've been looking at pictures of herpes for 3 days now and I don't think this is it. Though I'm not ruling it out, I believe it my be some sort of yeast or final infection. I put on lotrimin today and it started to break down some of the redness and what not. Hopefully it's balanitis or something that can be fixed and not herpes.
It's also only in this area, not on top of my foreskin or any other part of my genitals. They don't seem to be filled with fluid they just like rises in the skin (lesions) and white. There is no pain or irritation (besides my mind thinking this is disgusting, and being embarrassed).
It looks like hpv where you have those collie flower Looking things
Those are penile papules, common with uncircumcised men. Getting those removed soon. I was talking about the white spots near the shaft.
If I was you . I'll go to city md . And get tested for hsv1 and hsv2 .
Hey, just got back from my appointment. I got a culture done. And the doc said it doesn’t look like herpes but more like yeast. So hopefully that’s what it is.
