Is this Herpes or Hiv? My neck is stiff and painful. I have low grade fever, vaginal discharge, loss of appetite and stomach pain and Severe fatigue.
sounds and looks like herpes:( go get it swabbed asap whilst the wounds are open and get started on some antiviral!

heroes affects yiur nervous system so the symptoms you are having is common for herpes and the sores look similar to herpes sores. I wpuld get tested ASAP and let your doctor know you are worried about HIV also, they have pills that can prevent the spread of HIV, however im not sure what the time frame is for that medicine.
