hello my boyfriend kept saying how his testicles were super irritated and then he pulled his pants down and we saw several white like bumps on his testicles. he said that theyre very painful and they itch sometimes. he is very prone to getting rashes in his butt area from sweating at work and his butt cheeks rubbing together. first, he had a rash in his inner thigh and we thought it was from chafing and being sweaty at work. for the past week he has been complaining about being uncomfortable down there and i thought it was just from being sweaty at work.
does this look like a herpes outbreak im trying to compare it to pictures online but having trouble.
also, hes going to make an appt to a doctor tomorrow
also i wanted to add at first i was thinking maybe he had a yeast infection because when hes at work its so dark and moist i thought that was the perfect place for the yeast bacteria to grow but now looking online i see that yeast infections for males are very uncommon
looks like dermatitis. there are powders to keep the area rash free from moisture i obviously wouldnt recommend for women but he can use powder to avoid irritation. also keeping his nails and hands clean when handling his genitals could help
