this is on my butt cheeks im not sure if its because i shave here or if its a outbreak of some sort

its from.shaving iv had similar before on my legs
the scabs also ? i just bought a new razor from a company and i didnt read the reviews until afterr i used it 
so i was thinking that was it but i constantly get bumps by that area here and there
i’ve had that same exact rash on my vagina!! you can say its from shaving but indirectly! i woke up one night and i was scratching in my sleep! i even had blood under my finer nails!
