Yesterday i noticed these small bumps on my penis, dont know what it is. It doesnt hurt, nor is it itchy. It doesnt not hurt when i pee, but it feels a bit weirder than normal.
It looks like a mild case of balanitis. As to the cause, it’s difficult to know from the information you’ve given, although it could be related to oral sex from what you’ve said.
I would suggest avoding oral sex and applying Canesten-HC or Daktacort cream to the glans until it settles down.

If you live in the UK, you can go to any of the online pharmacists (Boots, Lloyds, Superdrug, etc) and order Daktacort, Canesten-HC, etc. You may have to fill out a medical questionnaire.
