hey! this can actually happen after rough sex sometimes. the skin is just traumatized and trying to heal itself. doesnt hurt to see a doctor and get it swabbed for peace of mind though 
discharge does look yeasty to me though so i’d get some yeast infection medication for that if i were you! best of luck girl <3
