i have no visible sores but im very itchy, my discharge almost smells chemically, its a yellow colour, ive anal itching although ive never had anal sex and ive recently performed oral without a condom & now have clear bumps on the inside of my bottom lip and a white spot on my tonsil are these typical herpes symptoms ? was tested for chlymidia and ghonnrea and get negatives
