Blister forms after masturbation on tip of penis and then disappears later on. Blister/bump(?) leaks a clear substance. The tip of my penis is constantly looking red-ish and irritated. Not any noticeable burning when peeing or any other symptoms. Tested negative for all other STDs.
I think that’s kind of normal. I’m not sure because you say it’s irritation.
