been itchy for about a week haven’t checked until 2 days ago. i had sex on thursday and it looked like this friday morning but today it its worse. can anyone tell me what this looks like?

i only have 1 sexual partner and we always use condoms. before we had sex thursday we havent had sex for about a month but we do stuff orally sometimes

google says its herpes i went to get tested but waiting on the results. the testing center doctor says it could be fungal growth that causes this but idk someone help
