Hey guys so just a quick question! So I suffer from anxiety and mabey mild depression where it comes or goes. I find that of someone really makes my mad or upset I have a thought or hurting them. As I said a thought but then my anxiety kicks in then it makes me upset. Is this all part of anxiety or mild depression. I seen my naturopathic doctor today and he thinks has a lot to do with lack of nutrition and body changes I'm going through
