my vagina is all red from last 3 days and is so itchy and burning.. please tell what is this, do i immediately need to see a doctor?

from your pics i can’t see any candidiasis in act ( yeast infection).
with a candida infection almost always there is also a bad smell …

yes it’s smelly and there is also cheese like stretchy discharge.. yes i do masturbate but no as such sexual activity in these recent days.
