glad to hear the op went well and you're now on the road to recovery.
Each day day is different for mr, sometimes bursting with energy & sometimes hard to find the energy to have a wash. Definitely more up than down days and I just take them as they come.
The days will fly by & you'll be up & about enjoying a pain free life in no time at all.
