Well I tried to sleep on my side omg no way , too painful, back on my back . Loo too low lol. I am going to just listen to my hips for guidance , it will tell me when I can do the lovely things again. I walk alot for my job, so I am going to start slowly. So all you lovely people dont rush chill and it will happen. Love hugs to you all xx

Morning Tina! When was your surgery? I want to try sleeping on my side! Did you lay on operated side? LD

I never thought I would sleep so much on my back as I have the past 4.5 weeks... cannot wait until I will be able to roll over naturally on to either of my sides.   

I like my raised seat on the WC... might just stay that way.. lol

if you still have the toilet seat, put it back on .... I had mine for a long time - first with 1st THR, then the leading up months to 2nd one and then way after that -
