Hi all I am now on Citalopram and suffering awful side effects. I was on Prozac for several years then weaned myself off them 4 months ago after a locum doctor said I ought to get off anti depressents. So I thought okay maybe I don't need them, then 2 weeks ago bang I started panic attacks of which I had never had before and anxiety, not sleeping and irritability. Please be careful If you are thinking of weaning off any drugs, do it with your doctors advice and supervision.
Always and always tapper of anti D slowly and slowly!!

Yes I did do it slowly, i obviously still needed taking them, which is why i went down again after 4 months. Thanks for the reply.
