bunch of red spots on penis , and a brown spot which i have no explanation for no symtpoms no pain no itchiness or burning its just there visually not sure what it is please help anyone

Not a doctor but the penile papules are normal. I’d get the brown spot checked to be safe. Have a full STD screen done (blood work included) to rule out HPV or anything else. Good luck!
