hello everyone , i had these tiny pimples on my index finger for a couple days it’s not painful or itchy , just noticed it after friction with some instrument , I’m a dental health care resident , so i went to see the dermatologist in our hospital and he said it might be just irritation, for me it doesn’t matter if it’s herpes or not it’s just annoying for me not knowing what’s there
few things can cause it it may be Dyshidrotic eczema
you would have to have had direct contact with herpes sores to get them on the fingers iv touched mine loads and never got them
