File size is too big
it looks like blood under the surface of the skin sometimes its caused if its been rubbed to hard somtimes medications can cause it aswel but if none of those apply id go to a doctors an get it looked at and see what a doctor suggests if u are worried u may have hiv have a test done to be sure
