Hi!I recently discovered this patch on my scalp.It sometimes is sore and I have less hair there.

i have never noticed this patch.It is light brown and i have an urge to keep touching it.What could it be??

Any sore patch like this on your head should be checked out by your doctor or dermatologist. It may be absolutely nothing to be bothered about at all , but best to have a proper diagnosis. Its impossible to say what it is from a couple of pics.
