This sounds like your IBS is flaring up.  Sometimes it can disappear and then come back especially if you are stressed.

IBS flare up?

Hi Mark thanks for commenting a few people have said that but it's everyday back an forth I can't even go out most days because of it I'm 26 an a mother so not very good when I got to go places I'm at my wits end I've tried everything! I can't even eat nothing literally as everything starts it off 😭 it's embarrassing going back and forth the doctors and asking all the time!

Have you try figure it out what cause it like something triggered off, hormones, diet or sugar? Somtimes stressing too much cause IBS worse. Try have peppermint before you go to sleep and also after eating something drink tea aswell, have warm drink instead of cold before eating, suppose to be good for your bowel, what about Probotic?

Try deep breathing, and yoga, don't be stressed, try to calm down, if you are very nervous, IBS can be very very bad. I have IBS for 2 years, and I'm doing yoga, deep breathing, and trying to be calm/stress free, thats the only way what I can say. If I can do it, you can do it as well.

Very sorry to hear you are suffering with IBS.  It appears to be quite a common disorder for sensitive women, and I am one!   Avoiding foods which you know can set it off is the best solution, but what you can eat one day, you may not be able to another.   I avoid greens, such as cabbage, cauli, broccali etc. but can eat runner beans and peas.   Avoid cheese, except I can eat lactose free cheese spread, and even sometimes get away with lactose ordinary cheese.

I find that drinking peppermint tea is useful, and perhaps taking Colofac IBS tablets, which calms it down.  Eat small meals, which helps too.

Do trust you may find some relief.   I know it is a long-term thing, but it can be managed quite well.

Do not drink alcohol.
