Hi, I have just started these tablets but am very confused. Do you have to take them 3 times a day
even if you are having diet shakes as well. I dont even know what I am supposed to be eating. Can
you take Raspberry keytones with them too. How fast do you start to lose weight.

Yes 3 times a day i did send you a PM in reply to yours i lost over a stone in the first 4 weeks going from a size 24 to a 14 everyone is different just stick to it and drink lots of water aswell 
So must I take it 3 times a day even if I dont eat and even with the shakes. I have Hashimotos desease as well (burnt out thyroid), Any suggestions on food am just scared I will get the oily stools etc.
No don't take if you don't eat anything. You will only get oily stools if you eat junk. and food over 5g per 100g if you look at the back of the food packets it always tells you what the fat is per 100g
