Just be ready for some side effects, and give it time to work, that's the only advise I have but I assumed you knew these already lol take care

Everyone is different but you may not feel any effect until 4-6 weeks but my friend felt a difference in 2 weeks but as I say we all different, personally I believe mine started on week 5 or 6 of 50mg I am now on week 3 of 100mg
It's ok I understand I feel really sad and hopeless and not going 2 work and don't go out I m try my best but really bad feeling

Same happened to me. I wasn't prepared for side affects though. Stick with it loads of people I know are fine on setralin. I didn't give it enough time to work.
I have taken sertraline 50 mg quite successfully for close to 30 years
