It seems having your brother with psychosis really scared you.  You may feel like it can happen to you.  It might helped to talk to a professional.  No matter what any one says here, you probably won't believe them.  Most likely you will not get psychoses.  You sound very stressed.  Take some time off.  It is okay to be anxious.  Take some time for yourself.  Pamper yourself...eat something decadent, smell something and truly enjoy it like lemons or lavender, or cinnamon.  Watch a comedy.  Go enjoy nature.  Draw.  Do a puzzle or game that really uses your mind.  Call a friend.  Volunteer.  Help someone else.

You have a massage and next day feel a bit rope that can be quite normal with all the manipulation you have had

You need to discuss your Anxiety with your GP, make a list of your concerns and explain how you are feeling
