Hi, you checked everything several times… this is a complex case… needs many time… you write self you checked everything… all your symptoms can be psychological… anxiety make these symptoms stronger… i dont believe on inflamation without signs in the blood tests… my only idea would be a decent blood count with a thyroid gland and possibly deficiency symptoms but this case is not to handle here…

i appreciate the reply but i dont know what else to do what would you do ? i literally am having a hard time even leaving my house i feel so sick

Yes, I agree that you are sick, but I am afraid it is more like mental sick.
You have checked everything and all results is fine and nothing indicated that you have infection, as Fortman have said, it is impossible that there is no signs showed on your blood result if you have inflammation.
Moreover, mental sickness can cause physical illness, you should seek for specific help, I will suggest CBT.
Lastly, I hate to say that but if you do not believe your test result, why keep testing?

i appreciate you guys responding i just saw the reply ! i agree it has alot to do with anxiety but i have some symptoms that i dont see how they can be anxiety related such as - discharge from penis ,swollen neck glands,tongue lesions,upper lip burning and not being able to lay on my stomach or heart because they hurt not like a sharp pain but a dull inflammed pain !

literally a year ago i was fine then it progresivelly got worse i can feel it getting worse if it is anxiety i cant control it, im on prozac and i go to therapy im on the verge of if i dont get a answer with in a month i dont want to live just so everyone understands how serious it is , i literally feel like im dying

and to why i keep getting tested is really my penis burns my urethra burns i havd lesions on my pelvis my mouth burns etc.

Have you visit your doctor and told him/her about all of the issues?

my general pc brushed it off to anxiety a long time ago didnt even give me a chance but ive told many specialist but they cant give me any answers ! but someone told me to focus on one thing im trying to focus on my mouth the tongue sores and yellow coating and the canker on the roof of my mouth that has been there for years and burns any ideas ?
