trying to find out if hiatal hernia surgery I an outpatient procedure
Hi, not sure how bad yours is but I found great relief through Youtube videos on how to fix your hiatal hernia. The relief already started after the first procedure.(massage, press certain pressure points, breathing techniques)
Just check for it.
After surgery, it feels better. you should take supplements also.
