High b12 level & decreased kidney function

I just had some blood work done & my WBC is low, my RBC is slightly high

My b12 is high, 1009 with the normal range being 138-653.

It also showed the eGFR is 84 with 60-89 showing possible decreased kidney function

I will be calling the gp in the morning to see if I need to be retested but I'm curious if this suggests anything to anyone.

Hi,

When you say your WBC is low what was your result, if its between 4-11 its in range, mine has been as low as 2 due to anti rejection meds.  Your GFR is fine everyones decreases with time, many people don't know it has reduced due to there being no reason for it being tested.

Best to see what your GP has to say tomorrow when you call them.

It was 3.3 this time, 3 in October

The rbc was 5.4 in oct & 5.15 this time.
