I have CHF and high Blood Pressure which is affecting my solitary kidney
How high are your pressures and which meds/ dosages are you on? What are your docs saying? What is your age?

Ann, l also have just a sole kidney which is being put at risk by very high blood pressure. Kidney disease can cause problems with blood pressure and vice versa - a catch 22 situation. There seem to be few answers out there, particularly for those of us who have difficulty tolerating many BP medications, especially when there are a lot of BP meds that are not recommended for those with low functioning sole kidneys.
