does anyone get high blood pressure reading during a panic attack I just got mine 160/100 yet my normal reading is 130/80 I haven’t had a bad attack in a while so that worries me been menopausal coming to 10 years now

mines also fluctuates. has gone high upto 145/95. but i dont take any medicines. what symptoms do you get whenbp is high. i get dizzy, blurry, drunk feeling. take care

I get bp spikes too. anxiety and it seems hirmones related, can go 170/100, gives me headache when i get high readings. Im on meds to control my bp as it can rise unpredictably especially in the evenings and this brings on more anxiety. Normally my bp is 122/74
