High Hamstring Tendinopathy

Has anyone had high hamstring tendinopathy? I have been given a progressive rehab exercise program to follow and I am three weeks in to it. The exercises are loading exercises.

I am finding that my pain is getting worse as I continue with the exercises. Is this normal?

Just can’t bear to sit down at the moment and standing is not that much more comfortable. I feel like I want to give up on the exercises.

Any thoughts?
