High TSH, within range T4

I’m a 23 year old female & I’ve just received blood tests back and my TSH is at 10.6 (should be between 0.27-4.20 in UK). My T4 levels were at 13.7 (should be between 12-22 in UK). I’ve been taking levothyroxine for around 2 years now and my dosage has been increased to 75mg.

I was shown today by my Dr that each time I had increased my dosage of the medication my TSH levels had increased too and my T4 levels more or less stayed the same. I said surely if the medication is working/being absorbed properly my TSH levels wouldn’t keep climbing?

Any suggestions or anyone had a similar experience?

Have they tested your t3 to see how well you convert the t4? That would be my suggestion x
