Hip buldging out

hello all i had a hip replacment in 2017 then a revision dec 18th last yr and was given no hip precautions but i did them anyways i was out eating with my daughter and was sitting normal and boom hip dislocated cery bad stayed in local hospital for 36 hrs still dislocated then rushed to the hospital in the city but ever since the dislocation ive had nothing but pain and issues pain goes from groin to knee making me collapse and my scar is indented and my muscle sticks out to the left so its not back in place ive been back and forth to surgeon hospitals because of pain missed work etc going for a sec opinion but this is not normal i can feel my insides from the incision im thinink this could be a malpractice suit for pain and suffering my surgeon is rude and doesnt care anyone else know what to do or has had this issue my hip buldges out because the muscle is not back in place

i have been going through the same for six years i now have number 8 hip in and its not working either so am just going tell them take out and leave it out as am fed up with pain when its back in and i want to stop all pain killers as when its in there is pain when not in hardly any pain ps am in Scotland

OMG im so so sorry you are going through that nightmare!!! I would sue that DR! It wouldn’t hurt to see a lawyer at all. I am still in agony and had my left hip done 3 years ago next month. they finally told me that my pelvis was fractured during my surgery. I had my right hip replaced in 2010 by the same surgeon in the same hospital with no complications at all so i was looking forward to being pain free with this surgery. I went and saw a different surgeon and found out that my horrific nerve pain was because the post was jammed on a nerve going into the femur and that my pelvis was fractured. People are telling me to get a lawyer too but here in Canada it is extremely difficult to sue a Dr. i am absolutely terrified to go under the knife again. There is a HUGE indentation in my upper thigh and also in the incision area and it looks completely deformed. to tell you the truth i would way rather live with the pain i had before this botched surgery. These horrific stories have made me realize that this surgery is very very risky. Please keep us posted on your situation. I feel so bad for you xoxo

im from sask canada and i have a huge indent as well and my hip buldges out and it hurts he doesnt even care at all he always rolls his eyes everytime i see him and my hip should not have dislocated this bad i suffer ptsd from it and still live in fear that its going to pop out again

OMG Nicole im just so sorry!!
There is no way we should have to suffer like this especially when this is the type of surgery thst should take our pain away and then to suffer with way way worse pain and nerve pain is so unfair. We should be able to go after pain and suffering damages through a lawyer but its almost impossible.
