What signs had anybody had of a hip starting to fail mine is 7 years old ??
It went BANG … no warning, just mega-pain. It was due to the ceramic socket being misplaced by the numpty surgeon.

Yes, you really do not want it breaking as mind did. It needs a top surgeon to fix it then.
A normal revision is very normal nowadays, so you should be fine. At least they are trying to spare you any pain and complications by doing it before it fails.
