well after waiting 3 months to get a date for my RHP the day is nearly here!    cant wait to get my life back, and be able to walk, sit, drive, sleep!   anything without this nagging pain! 

A good nights sleep tonight, then off I go!!!

onwards and upwards eh???

Make sure you do everything they tell you to do and make sure you take the pain killers even if you think that you can manage without them

From someone who is ll months post op for a RTHR I can say you will never look back...so many good times ahead!

Recovery is a reality but soon you will look back and it will be a thing of the past!

I'm anxiously waiting my date for my left hip then I can finally celebrate!

Hello I am 5weeks post op, but no time to plan anything, as walked down the road, (fully expecting to return home later) stumbled, returned home a week later. hope all goes well for you.

thankyou renee...... cant believe its over, bit of an anti climax really, all that tension, pain and stress!!   and for what........ it was so simple ..wouldnt worry me if i had to have my other hip done(god forbid)!

i travelled home yesterday so couldn't answer during night, but coming off nights had up at 4.30!

hope you feeling great after the op and presume you are now hope? All going well? Good luck

good morning Sue .... how are you this morning? LOL on the anti-climax remark ...  ---- be prepared to have a busy day ahead of you ... breakfast,getting a strip washed and dressed and oh, they will get you out of bed and make you walk ...
