i have been having hip pain at night waking me up after
two hours feeling stiff and sore in morning but after an hour its ok this has been going on over month it is eased by Naproxen but as soon as I stop them it returns X-ray show no hip wear Any help or advice
Various autoimmune arthritises can start like that, the morning stiffness is a symptoms - if you are over 50 it could be something called polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR), especially if you have shoulder stiffness too. Or the hip pain could be trochanteric bursitis - also found in PMR.
Hi ive hsd the same for a long time now developed a limp had xrays done bone normal but i have seen a new doctor and ive had blood tests done for kidneys liver calcuim and a couple of other things he thinks i have swollen blood vessels
Hi had all the checks no Kidney etc problems waiting for X-ray & scan Dr thinks it is something called Trocanteric pain syndrome
