Hi ladies.. I was wondering if anyone had bilateral hip pain and slight lower back pain around their period? I have been suffering for several days.. ughhh... I’m 52 my period are irregular. I started spotting today . I’m worried about the pain!
Hi brittay it is normal I’m in Peru for at least 3 years and my period are regular but light and long and everytime before my period I get sever pain in my hip and lower back and sometimes goes down to my legs try to do some streaching excercise for lower back or put heat it helps ,and I usually take iboprofine for the pain ,hope you feel better 🙏

Yes, I've had hip pain for a week now. The lower back pain is a constant. My period started today, so hopefully my symptoms will ease up. Last night the pain was so intense, I used bio freeze.
All this hormonal stuff is pure evil 😠
