What a lovely afternoon Alan and I have just had.
A big thank you to Maryilyn (Lyn) and Graham for their hospitality inviting us over to their home for a coffee and a piece of cake.
We talked hips and ops, but mainly from our point of view we have made two new friends.
You see everyone something good does come from having a total hip replacement and finding this wonderful site too.
See you both soon and will definietely keep in touch. xxx
Thoroughly enjoyed it, we are looking forward to seeing you too and please make sure that we have tea with the queen when we do get together 😂😂😂 hope her fruit cake is good as mine lol
Sounds like a lovely occasion! I met barbara recently from Okehampton, and hope we meet up again. Lovely to chat about the hippy experience and also meet the partner who did the caring!

Aww Linzh don't be jealous.. wouldn't it be good if we could have a big get together, who knows maybe one day. I remember a few years ago where I lived they used to do a hippie walk for charity, everyone got sponsered and gave the money to their local hospital..... but thats another story..
